"Inflation, Your Next Worst Enemy".    Tomorrows show January 6, 2010, noon
PST. www.kvmr.org   

Employment picked up according to government figures released today and
service industry demand increased as well. I don't trust government figures
but at least it does show me things are not getting worse all that fast. I
suspect a fizzling in all things economic as the only thing holding these
markets together is the billions of dollars created by the FEDS. If things
REALLY are getting better, you would see a HALT to the FEDS money programs
and a voluntary RISE in overnight interest rates set by the FEDS.

We are seeing neither. World interest rates  (rates set on Treasuries) ARE
rising but the FEDS are not the cause of that directly, although indirectly
their money printing programs are. 

I suspect what we WILL see is increasing inflation at an even faster rate,
then the FEDS will talk about slowing money programs but like before, any
retraction of the money will cause an immediate turn in the markets DOWN. 

Stagflation is upon us. You will not see a substantial recovery but you will
see more house programs, more talk about reducing the budget but no action,
more fudged figures from Washington about a recovery although you won't see
it in your home town and more inflation in everything you buy. In late 2008
I forecast UNEMPLOYMENT would trump the news and it did. Now INFLATION will
trump the news in 2011. Mark my words. Sub themes will be cities and
pensions going bankrupt, more EURO problems, more house talk, more budget BS
and MORE MONEY PRINTING.

Take delivery and store in a safe place. You may have 25 % of this amount in
silver and the remaining 75% in gold. I usually buy only generic 1 ounce
rounds or ounce bars, no collectibles. You may buy any 99 % pure gold or
silver assets but pay no more then a few percentage points over spot. Again,

Tell the salesperson you are a Money Matters Listener and you will get

anywhere from 6 to 11% over New York Spot price. If you are selling, you
should get close to spot when you sell. Buy only standard, or popular gold
