Marc's Notes:
The markets gyrating and waiting to break. Nothing new. The more they
gyrate, the more violent the break will be.
The housing sales are slowing as the house credit is ending. The US Govt
buying of mortgages is ending. Like I said, with out government propping up
housing, it is toast. Do you want to own an asset that depends on Government
support to live? Not me. They WILL probably extend it as housing starts to
crater soon after November. Summer sales will slow and housing will start
down again. There is already talk about DOUBLING the credit to 15,00.00
instead of 8,000.00 and now making it available to ANYONE who buys a house,
not just first time buyers. They will basically try and reinflate the
bubble. Sorry, cant be done. But they will try. Taxpayers REVOLT!  No more
of our money to help others buy stuff.
 
Holdings: You should have a stop in place on Natural Gas for half your
positions about 2 % lower then where they are now. ( UNG   GAZ)   
Oil- Hold what you have but do not add at this time except our dividend
payers.
Physical Gold and Silver- ADD always
Gold and Silver stocks- Add
Safe money funds- ADD
Interest Rate funds to hedge your US Dollars- ADD
Foreign Currency funds- ADD, rising nicely
Dividend Payers- ADD small amounts but keep some powder dry
Contrary Funds- ADD
Obama Plays- these should have been sold for nice profits
