Ok so where do I start.
The treasury is now changing the bailout plan AGAIN to help with car loans,
credit card debt and more. Isn't it getting obvious these guys have NOT A
CLUE and are flying blind. Are you beginning to see what I am talking about?
This market and the people who run it are nuts. It is a very dangerous
place. Up 500, down 300 , up 800. This is NOT a market. It is a bipolar
Casino jacked up on steroids and driving a million miles an hour drunk. This
IS NO PLACE FOR YOUR MONEY!
There is so much going on right now- the best I can say is tune in Tomorrow
at noon. I will cover it all.

Note: Dividend Payer DIANA SHIPPING  DSX will pay its next dividend then
will STOP paying. Therefore our jettison rule comes into play. Hold until
the X date, then dump it.
This is the first dividend payer on our list that has stopped paying. In
this climate, we can expect more.

Itching to buy something?  I am buying USO and SLV and more UNWPX for a
risk/ reward ration of .5 /10. meaning I see a 50 % downside risk to a 1000
percent upside potential. ( My opinion )
That's good enough for me.

Protection: 
BEARX     RRPIX   Physical gold and silver    Swiss Annuities ( Get money
out of the US  before it is too late!)
Income - Energy dividend payers on our list. (Small amounts only please)
Safety- MOST of your money should be split between bank cds.  RRPIX   TIP
SHY and VIPSX.
Money market funds- HOLD TREASURY ONLY MONEY MARKET FUNDS in your stock
accounts. All others are at risk despite the implication of FED insurance.

RED ALERT:
Fundamentals are as bad as they have been for months. 
Market will test 8100 for the third time soon. Third time is the charm.
There is a good chance it will blow thru 8100 this time around. If it does,
LOOK OUT BELOW.
Next support is 7800    7500    7100   
Still holding stocks and mutual's and bonds? Prepare to suffer MORE LOSSES.
HEDGE  HEDGE HEDGE   How many times do I have to say it.

Money is in the corner:
Shorts on retailers are doubling, tripling, quadrupling. As I said, there is
money in the corner, go pick it up. Try ETFs               SCC     SKK
there are others.

Fed intervention:
Fed ANNOUNCEMENTS are losing their effect. You noticed?  They may have some
stupid moves ( ammo ) left so don't underestimate them. Their in trouble and
THEY KNOW IT.

Have to prepare for tomorrows show. So much happening. It is really an
incredible time.
