Everbank just came out with a High Interest Checking Account which is the
best I’ve seen in a long time. It is paying an initial rate of over 1.05
%!</p>
<p>They reimburse you ATM fees used at other banks and the fees for debit
card, online banking and ATM use is a big fat 0!</p>

<p>Apple continues its ascent! Raise your stops and keep riding! Up more then
200 since I Twittered a “buy at 365’ near Thanksgiving. Raise your
stops to protect profits.</p>
<p>In a “watch your arse” moment, one day after I bought Great Northern
Iron, an article came out from an author who was short the stock and would
profit from its fall. The stock dropped 20 % and I was stopped out with a
fast loss! Goes to show the “risk” in any asset besides bank accounts.
Although a tad sleazy since he was short the stock, goes to show Wall Street
can get you anytime!</p>
<p>NDRO Natural Gas Trust was a nice addition last week and pays a healthy
dividend. Nat Gas is finally looking to rise. It’s been a long painful
wait. GGN is a gold fund that pays a nice dividend. None of these are
recommendations to buy unless I meet with you. These are just mine selections
for MY situation, not YOURS.</p>
<p>Gold and silver continue down and an important level is about to be hit
which could signal even more downside ahead. Gold is insurance so I hold
physical for “just in case”.</p>
<p>Dividend Payers are rising nicely with Phillip Morris a solid performer. I
added PM for the first time in a small amount. See the SUPER DIVIDEND PAYERS
LIST for many high dividend payers. The DREAM PORTFOLIO was recently updated
so get your copy on the site.</p>
<p align="center">Beginning Money Class was yesterday with a smaller group of
about 15 or so. Great class. More coming, just email me. There are now 3 in a
series. You take #1 then 2 then 3. A Sacramento class is coming in April and
a Woman’s Only Money Class is as well.</p>
<p align="center">If there is enough interest, I will hold a<strong><em><u>
Special Spring Deal Money Class here in Nevada City or Grass Valley for
half off</u></em></strong>, so email me to be put on the list. I reduced the
