Verdana;color:black'>
If you listen to the last show and a few writings before that I mentioned I
expected a major silver correction within the next few weeks and we got it.
Silver is now off something like 8 bucks in 2 days or so. This was to be
expected as it just ran too far too fast. I like runs like that as they
establish higher pull back levels. Silver will probably end up in the high
30’s where I will buy some of the physical I sold weeks ago, buy it back and
also establish new positions in stocks and funds. I will probably also set up
a silver account at Everbank in my IRA. (Email if you want more on this).

With Osama Bin Laden now dead, the world breathes a sigh of relief so oil,
gold and silver are all taking a rest. What’s not taking a rest is our
foreign currencies. They are STILL plowing higher in an incredible run. Just
a show or so back we are at Swiss Franc under 110. Now a few weeks
later we are at 155.

Holy Moly. The US dollar is really plunging fast which makes these currencies
skyrocket. This type of currency move is breathtaking for those of us who
watch these things (kind of like watching paint dry but we love it). Our
Swiss Annuities are skyrocketing with this currency move so celebrate. Go to
dinner.

What’s also plowing higher is inflation. Just look at the headlines on
PrudentBear .com. Every day inflation figures in other countries are making
the news. Here of course we fudge the figures so much the news media buys it
and says nada. But overseas and in a grocery store near you the truth comes
clears. Prices are skyrocketing and there’s no slowing it. Like I said over 2
years ago, first unemployment would make the news, then inflation, then
stagflation, then the US dollar crash with foreign currencies and gold going
higher, then the final ill which hasn’t happened yet is interest rates
skyrocketing. It’s coming, we have everything else but rates are not moving
much yet. But they have to eventually and they will.

I read a news article saying the recovery was now stalling due to high
prices. How ignorant. There was never a bonafide recovery but only was juiced
false demand by government bailouts and money printing programs, but THAT
causes inflation so it HAD TO ENDin higher prices.

Juice the economy with false stimulus and money printing and all that money
pushes prices higher. Basic economics 101. Sheesh… now we get the high
prices and they act surprised.

Only real recoveries with stable housing, less unemployment, real demand and
low debt levels are viable and don’t cause this distorted price action in all
things. When you print money you create nothing of value. It’s just paper. To
think that is wealth and creates a recovery is ludicrous. Might as well rain
us with paper dollars if you believe that will work. My word.

So high prices comes as predicted and I will tell you now.. “You aint seen
nuthin yet”.

Prices have not reflected the high oil prices yet as that takes a few months
to work in so when those hit, prices will go even higher. Washington and the
Federal Reserve will have to sit up and take notice soon. People are starving
and having a hard times making ends meet.

Know this people. It is an economic fact that money printing by governments
causes prices to rise yet wages and salaries rise more slowly so you get
farther and farther behind.

Class slips into lower class and everyone is dragged down slowly. Bailouts
and stimulus and all this low interest money goosed by the FEDS push prices
higher and higher. Next time you see families staring at food stickers trying
to figure out what they can afford, the direct and sole blame for this is
YOUR FEDERAL RESERVE with the full OK BY WASHINGTON to give trillions away to
banks, foreign governments, idiotic social bailouts and everything else you
can imagine. This floods the markets with new fresh money driving prices up
by sheer excess dollars bidding for a fixed amount of goods.

The inflation you see and the increasing poor you see, and the destruction of
the middle class is the direct result of those in control of the money supply
and no one else.

Don’t you believe its foreign demand, or greedy oil companies, or speculators
or the Chinese. That’s a smoke screen to deflect blame from them so they can
continue to funnel money to the banks and their cronies and live like kings.

Why just yesterday, I just read CABROS article citing the US Air Force full
disclosure on Ms. Pelosi’ use of US air force aircraft using our tax money.
She flew in a little over one year more then 6o something cross country
flights in huge oversized jets, costing over 2 million dollars, flying not
only her but grown children, her relatives’, friends, hanger one’rs and who
knows what or who else. They ordered the liquor cabinets filled with the
finest booze you can imagine, from Grey Goose Vodka to Jack Daniels. They
consumed more then $101,000.00 in food and booze alone on these flights, more
then the average American makes in a full year, JUST IN LIQUOR AND MEALS.

It’s outrageous. And she is a champion for the people? Don’t make me laugh.

Markets
Plowing higher with free money!
Whee!
Look for no change unless we get an unforeseen event.
QE 2 will end in June but look for excuses like high prices or weak
employment to foster more programs like QE3. They already said QE 2 won’t
entirely end now. They will keep QE2 “mini” going by about 17 billion a month
until further notice.

Like I keep saying “It won’t be enough!”

The future holds more QE programs (fancy term for money printing), more
“ideas” to try and do something about higher prices, more blame and
deflection calling for higher taxes on oil companies (which will cause you
gas prices to go even higher) and more “evil corporation” talk to whip you up
into a frenzy and direct your anger AWAY from the real culprits. The ones you
will ask to “do something” to stop inflation. Them. The very people they will
ask to help them!

They will do something alright, they will cause even more inflation in a vain
attempt to “fix” it.

Holdings
All the same.

I am adding more gold and silver stocks, more interest rate funds and more
foreign currencies per my last newsletters. The dollars slide is getting
ridiculous so we have to up our protections. I am also adding Everbank NO
RISK Market Safe Cd for friends and the like.

Gamblers Plays:
You should have exited the short Euro play for a loss. You should be out of
Uranium.
Your stops should have been triggered for those with gold and silver stock
profits.
I am adding the Rare Earth stocks over time. They ran and I mentioned they
could get hit and they did. I keep adding for long value.

Our dividend payers standouts mentioned on last 2 newsletters are running
nicely with only one pulling back. (COP)

Foreign currencies continue higher so those following that plan are doing
great.

I have received many questions about the EVERBANK Market Safe Cd so here is
the information again.

This CD is the one I have been talking about for NO RISK money;
You cannot lose any money as it is FDIC insured.

You have to leave the money in for 5 years with no chance of getting it and
they pay us no interest. We own this Cd for inflation protection as it tracks
10 different commodities. If these commodities rise, we get a portion of the
increase. If the commodities drop, we don’t lose any money but just get our
original funds back. The CD is capped at 10% a year so our maximum gain would
be 50 % on our money. Its more likely we will earn something less then 50 %.
I love this Cd for my family and people looking for a chance to protect
against inflation with no downside risk. I think its as WIN, WIN
scenario for my investing money as where else can we get FDIC US
Government Protection yet have the possibility to earn WAY MORE THEN an FDIC
insured savings account, Treasury or Bond? Bottom line is I will be buying
one for my family.

If you are interested, EVERBANK has extended the buy in date on the new Cd
until May! Here is the link if you are interested. Click on it for the

Everbank also offers gold accounts for IRAs and non IRAS. You hold gold thru
them. Here is a link below. I find this as another alternative to buying the
gold stocks and funds.
I am considering this for my family and will probably open up a silver
account and maybe even a gold account. I can hold gold in my IRA with an
allocated account and hold metal in a non IRA thru the unallocated account.

Hold, buy or sell designated bars and coins. Get your choice of allocated and
unallocated storage options. You can take Physical delivery option if you
like later on as an option.
I have probably purchased the most ounces of gold and silver from Blanchard.
Not only do they sell regular coins and bars, they are the only contact on
this e-letter that also can provide you with graded coins and collectible
coins. Although I usually recommend only standard coins, I do own
collectibles as they may help against a confiscation scenario and we need to
be prepared for everything. Please call Rick Baugnon and tell them you are a
Money Matters Listener and he will give you special consideration and he
knows my preferences. Use his direct line above. Rick and I have discussed
Money Matters needs and he knows what to provide.
