Verdana;color:black'>

Inflation is really heating up, especially overseas and with the higher oil
prices now baked in, you are really gonna see something now. I hope all of
you reading this took the steps I have detailed in so many shows and news
letters to prepare your pocket book for what is already upon us and what is
headed toward us. Other nations are steadily addressing inflation the best
they can by raising interest rates and bank reserve requirements (a bit
complicated but that’s what they need to do), but here in the US the Federal
Reserve does nothing but make it worse with their massive spending. To make
matters worse, there is talk about QE3 surfacing. (Told you so!).

Recall my cry: “It wont be enough” said so many times over the last 4 years
now.
Top that off with new talks by some Democrats about another 600 billion
dollar jobs bill and I reply “you’ve got to be kidding me”.

These guys have lost all sense of reality. The amounts they are throwing
around are so astronomical as to be no longer bordering on insanity but well
into the definition of just plain nuts!

Now ANOTHER program is in the works to reduce mortgage balances all together.
HA! What did I tell you! Look for “another announcement” shortly.
Incredible.

Pay your bills, watch your dollars, read the contracts, work hard, be honest.
AND GET SCREWED and pay for those that didn’t. Punish the prudent by making
us pay for those that gambled and lost. In my day, you reward good behavior
and punish bad behavior. Now in this backwards upside down world, we reverse
that and expect it to foster more good behavior. How can that be when you
PUNISH good behavior and reward and bailout bad behavior?

These guys have it backwards. The abominations that come out of all this will
spell disaster for our country and its people.

News out that China
faces a bank crisis much like ours within the next 3 to 4 years due the same
kind of mistakes we made. (Our China Short gamblers play is not profitable
yet but at least we see someone agreeing with us that its coming).

The big news really is inflation and a stagnating economy. Don’t be fooled by
the reported recent drop in unemployment. If you recall my UNION article
recently posted, this drop in unemployment is partially due to the way they
figure it. Many people now are either running out of benefits or just giving
up looking. These people, according to the government are no longer counted
as job seekers. Add to that all the people working part time because they
can’t find full time work or flipping burgers because they can’t find work in
their own field and you can see how the government can say unemployment is
dropping. Figured the way we figured unemployment 4 decades ago (the real
way, using real data) and you find an unemployment rate of close to 16 % or
more. (Shadowstats.com).

I talk to many people in my travels about town and hear them taking part time
work to help fill the wallet. Now couple that with higher prices and even
higher prices tomorrow and you make for a dire situation. It’s sad that the
powers at be give trillions of our money to banks, foreign countries, foreign
banks, foreign companies, dictatorships and who knows else where yet leave
their own citizens to pay the bill and suffer with a lower quality of life.
It’s like being American now means paying for everyone, forced upon us by
those controlling our money. Meanwhile our citizens go broke, go homeless and
starve, trying to make ends meet while those responsible sit in ivory towers.

Why do we allow such goings on?
I have probably purchased the most ounces of gold and silver from Blanchard.
Not only do they sell regular coins and bars, they are the only contact on
this e-letter that also can provide you with graded coins and collectible
coins. Although I usually recommend only standard coins, I do own
collectibles as they may help against a confiscation scenario and we need to
be prepared for everything. Please call Rick Baugnon and tell them you are a
Money Matters Listener and he will give you special consideration and he
knows my preferences. Use his direct line above. Rick and I have discussed Money
Matters needs and he knows what to provide.
