Markets:
The Dow continues its disconnect with reality as it flirts with 11,000 and
you have to see a parallel with the market right before the housing blow up
and bank melt down. Economic stats were getting worse and worse back then yet
the market and housing stocks continued higher in disconnect. Now the same
condition exists. You see these weak numbers like consumer spending out today
that has a miniscule bump in the tenths of a percent over what some economist
forecast and the spin ramps up from everywhere how the economy is getting
better. But you have to realize these miniscule numbers are massaged with
lousy inflation assumptions (downright lies) and compared to the
standard over the years, the numbers out today are anemic if not down right
recession like. Housing stats are almost the worst in history yet they spin
it as positive because it bumps up a tad. Spending is terrible but they spin
that up. The Euro countries are lining up to drop like flies yet we hear
little more then minor concern. The US dollar if you haven’t noticed is
dropping like a rock yet no one seems to care. This is DISCONNECT folks and I
assure you this will not last.

Here is what to do:
The US DOLLAR is fast losing ground against our foreign currency funds. Those
holding our recommended 3 funds are doing great as well as are those that
opened up Swiss Annuities and held it in Swiss Francs. If you haven’t opened
up a Swiss Annuity or don’t hold
foreign currency funds you are losing money as the US DOLLAR FALLS. The
dollar is down again today! Order the free booklet on the website on the
right side under SWISS ADVANTAGE.

Gold and silver are screaming up and if you hold it as I have been saying
since 2005, you have almost quadrupled your money. With this run, those
holding a lot of coins or stocks might consider lightening up here and taking
some profits as I am doing, but only if you have a ton of it. If you don’t
have your gold or silver up to at least 10 % of your net worth, I have
information at the end of this letter on who to call if you want to buy some.
Our gold FUNDS continue to go higher and we are getting close to a double as
mentioned on one of our funds where we will sell some. See the Dream
Portfolio for fund names and symbols.

I am now adding more Interest Rates funds right HERE! Time to consider
increasing your holdings in these funds. With the foreign currencies and gold
screaming higher, interest rates will soon follow. Add RRPIX or TBT at these
levels if you believe rates will go higher as I do. I am adding now. There
may be some downside if the markets tank again but I think that downside is
limited.

Foreign currency funds: You are making money hand over fist. I would only add
if you don’t have any now. Those holding these funds will soon sell a portion
to take your profits but wait for now.

Oil: USO is up from a few days ago when I mentioned in the last newsletter. I
believed energy would now start up and I was right. Oil lagged food and other
items as far as inflationary expectations were concerned so it looks like it
is now playing catch up. If it continues this fast ascent, I might have you
sell a portion of USO off if you bought when I mentioned it on the last news
letter. Quick profits are nice and you have to take them when they present
themselves. We will wait and see.

Natural Gas: High supply still permeates the pricing of this energy so it is
going nowhere fast. If other energy sources rise as oil is now, it will force
UP Natural Gas. It has to.
Hold. Gamblers can add here. Risk no more then you can afford to lose.

Uranium: Ditto Natural Gas.

Safe Money funds: Still Federal Insured accounts for most of your money but
watch carefully the US DOLLAR. If you are ALL IN US DOLLARS, you should
consider taking steps to protect yourself. If the dollar starts a tailspin,
you have to be in these protections BEFORE it starts. See the Dream Portfolio
for details or schedule a meeting with me. Email us.

Remember if the Dow starts down hard again, all things will fall again,
except perhaps gold won’t fall as badly, but oil, and natural gas, and
interest rates funds and foreign currencies will all likely be hurt so
consider this fact when buying any of these. The worst thing that could
happen is the US DOLLAR continues its descent. This is the thing we are
trying to protect against. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Up next:
More programs, more stimulus, quantitative easing by the FEDS (money
printing), another housing credit or some damn thing, more failed banks and
so on and so forth. Rinse-repeat. Look for more Euro problems and more news
about the grand race to devalue each others currency. Look for awful housing
numbers, unemployment remaining stubbornly high, more lies from Washington,
and ridiculous spin all trying to keep the herd from panicking.

I will keep you informed.
All for now, now send in those <st1:place

Not only do they sell regular coins and bars, they are the only contact on

collectibles as they may help against a confiscation scenario and we need to
be prepared for everything. Please call Rick Baugnon and tell them you are a
