extend it as housing starts to crater soon after November. Summer sales will
slow and housing will start down again. There is already talk about DOUBLING
the credit to 15,000.00 instead of 8,000.00 and now making it available to
ANYONE who buys a house, not just first time <span class=SpellE>buyers.That</span>
