Company") today announced its results for the 3rd quarter of 2008. Based
on its results for the quarter, the Company will pay a dividend of </span></font><font
size=5 color=blue><span style='font-size:18.0pt;color:blue'>$1.61 per share</span></font><font
color=red><span style='color:red'> on or about December 2nd to shareholders of
record as of November 21st. Following this dividend payment, the Company will
have paid a dividend for 45 consecutive quarters since the autumn of 1997 when
the first three vessels in the Company's fleet were delivered and commenced
